Q. How Many People can your Game Theater Hold?
Our Game Theater can hold up to 16 kids or 12 adults comfortably inside our climate controlled trailer. In addition, the three outside screens can entertain up to 12 more players.

 

Q. What is the age limit for players?
Although people start playing games at a very young age, the only requirement we have is that players are able to take direction from our Game Coaches. We have no problem doing a party for six year olds as long as we can have assistance from the parents or older siblings. We do recommend that parties are for kids 6 years old and up.



Q. Does the system take up a lot of space?
Our game theater requires at least 50' of level space to park. We usually fit in front of most homes with no issues however it is always recommended to check with your neighbors to make sure we won't block their drive ways. If your street is narrow and/or live in a common community please notify us before hand.


 

Q. Is it required to tip the Game Coach?
While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated if you feel our Game Coach has done a great job for your party or event.



Q. Do we need to supervise the party?
While parents or others are always welcome to observe or participate in the gaming it is normally not necessary, however we do ask that at least one adult/host be present to help supervise younger kids. Our game coaches are there to help the kids maximize the experience and will run the event for you.


 

Q. Is food or drink allowed in the trailer?
Sorry, but due to our high quality theater and our commitment to the cleanest and most prestigious game truck in our industry we do not allow any food or beverages inside.



Q. What games can be played?
We carry a fairly comprehensive selection of the latest and most popular video games ranging from E to M ESRB Rated Games. You are welcome to bring in any of your games from home if we do not have a particular game your child enjoys. We highly encourage video games that focus on social gaming so most of our games are multi-player games. Some are able to be linked together for an even more competitive and social gaming experience. Check our Game Library for a complete list of all the games that we offer.



In addition, please review our policy on Video Game Ratings. We fully respect and support making sure your kids are playing the rated games you selected!.



Q. What is your rain policy?
Our mobile game theater is fully enclosed, insulated, and climate controlled so weather is never an issue. The only issue is the loss of the three outside screens. So there will be NO cancellation due to weather!

Q. How much is the deposit?

We charge a 50% deposit on all our events with remaining balance due day of the event.



Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than welcome to accommodate you at no extra charge.



Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to an event will NOT incur any cancellation charge.



Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to an event will only forfeit 50% of full paid deposit as a cancellation charge.



Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event will forfeit the FULL PAID DEPOSIT amount as a cancellation charge.



Cancellations made day of the event will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the event.



Q. Do you have a referral program?
Absolutely! It's really a great and simple program.

Refer 5 people and you will receive 50% off on your next game party.

Q. What areas do you cover?
We are locally based in St. Peters, MO and cover metro St. Louis within a 35 mile radius.

Depending on the location of the event, there may be an additional fuel surcharge. Just give us a call or make a request online and we can discuss all the details.


 

Q. Do I need to provide power at the site?
No. Our game theater is a fully self powered unit that is climate controlled. We have our own ultra quite generator to run all of our systems. The generator is about as loud as an idling car so it should not disturb the neighbors.

Q. Can I book additional hours on the day of the event?

Yes, additional hours may be booked, or an event may be extended, as long as it doesn't pose a conflict with previously scheduled events.



Q. What's the best way to contact you?
There are several ways to contact us. The best and quickest is to give us a call. We absolutely do not mind and welcome any questions that you may have.
